Manager Workshop (Mechanical)

Responsibilities:

• Manage all workshop operations, preventive maintenance schedules, and breakdown repairs.

• Ensure maximum uptime of heavy machinery and fleet vehicles.

• Monitor spare parts inventory and procurement.

• Implement maintenance policies, safety standards, and cost controls. • Supervise workshop teams including mechanics, electricians, and operators.

• Coordinate with project sites for deployment and maintenance of equipment.

• Maintain logs, service history, and fuel consumption reports.

Requirements:

B.Tech / DAE - Mechanical

10+ years of Experience
