Building Maintenance Manager

Position Title: Building Maintenance Manager
Location: Karachi (Project-Based – Premium Residential Property)

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and service-oriented Building Maintenance Manager with a hospitality or hotel management background to oversee all aspects of facility maintenance and guest satisfaction for a premium residential property. The ideal candidate will ensure that the building operates efficiently, remains well-presented, and delivers a five-star living experience for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance staff and daily operations (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, housekeeping).
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and emergency repair procedures.
• Ensure all common areas, lobbies, elevators, and facilities are maintained to hospitality standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for maintenance and service requirements.
• Manage budgets, maintenance logs, and inventory of materials and tools.
• Monitor staff appearance, conduct, and performance to maintain professional standards.
• Ensure 100% resident satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and proactive service.

KPIs:

• Maintenance issue resolution within 24 hours ≥ 90%.
• Resident satisfaction score ≥ 95%.
• Zero safety or compliance violations.
• Preventive maintenance completion ≥ 100% monthly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Hospitality, or Facilities Management.
• 5+ years of experience in building or hotel maintenance supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and service orientation.
• Working knowledge of building systems (MEP, HVAC, electrical).
• Presentable, disciplined, and highly organized.

Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month
