Job Summary
Responsible for housekeeping, maintenance, different activities at company establishments, kitchen and office supplies procurement, government utility bills receiving, payment, availability, and their management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Ensuring uninterrupted government utilities, such as K-Electric, Sui Gas, PTCL, and Generators, are available for company offices and retail outlets.
- Receiving, submitting, and following up for payment of monthly utility bills for all company offices and retail outlets.
- Assist with basic financial tasks, such as invoice verification, expense tracking, and reconciliations.
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders accordingly.
- Manage Outdoor riders and Kitchen staff.
- Overseeing daily housekeeping activities.
- Address minor issues and challenges in the office. Seek solutions independently.
- Maintain and update record files for each utility as per office location.
- Contacting concerned government authorities upon non-issuance of monthly utility bills.
- Ensure timely payment of rents for all company properties and renew rental agreements accordingly.
- Contacting and arranging different vendors for maintenance work for company offices and retail outlets.
- Look after repair & maintenance of company vehicles and generators.
- Maintain issuance record of everyday routine items including office supplies, stationary, cleaning items etc.
- Assists in arranging different events at company offices and retail outlets.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
Education, Qualification & Skills
- Bachelors in Administration/Management or relevant education.
- 02 – 05 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with MS Office.
- Able to handle pressure and multitask.
- Attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
