XAutonomous is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Officer to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments. The ideal candidate should be organized, proficient in Excel, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day administrative operations and office support activities.
  • Oversee fleet management, ensuring proper vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Manage kitchen operations, cafeteria stock, and ensure hygiene and quality standards.
  • Handle vendor management, including quotations, procurement, and timely payments.
  • Coordinate in-house and external company events, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place.
  • Maintain administrative records, expense sheets, and monthly reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain office discipline and safety standards.
  • Oversee facility upkeep, housekeeping, and repair/maintenance coordination.
  • Support management in implementing process improvements for operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in administration, operations, or facility management.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and general office software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in fleet, vendor, and event management is essential.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities with attention to detail.

Location: Bahria Town Karachi (On-site)
Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
