Supervisor Maintenance (Outreach Maintenance)

Regular Duties/Responsibilities

• Daily activity log on EAM.
• Responsible for solving problems in his designated area.
• Supervising the tradesmen's and contractors' work as per AKU specs and standards.
• Make sure that staff and workers stick to the safety measures during work to avoid accidents.
• Review minor maintenance work in coordination with the assistant manager or coordinator.
• involved in departmental paperwork such as purchase requisitions, store and warehouse requisitions, etc.
• Prepare and forward the equipment parts replacement request to respective In-charge.
• Make a decision for the replacement or disposal of equipment and purchase new equipment in consultation with your immediate supervisor.
• Provide training to juniors to improve their skills.
• Ensure that stock and inventory is maintained in all Secondary Hospitals, outreach facilities.
• Any other related task as assigned by Supervisor.

KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES

• Basic knowledge of Civil, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering work, in particular PPM,BDM,PMA,OPR,PRJ,MOD,INS,CAL.
• Supervisory skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good verbal and written skills in English & Urdu.
• Interpersonal relations.
• Be able to read Drawings & Manuals of Generators, AC’s etc.
• Hard working
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions in Urdu and English.
• Respectful attitude towards supervisor and colleagues.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
