Position: Civil Site Supervisor

Job Description:
TAP Builders is seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to manage daily construction activities, supervise labor, and ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of ongoing projects.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work follows drawings and specifications.
• Monitor labor and subcontractors, ensuring productivity and discipline.
• Check quality of work and materials on site.
• Maintain safety standards and enforce PPE usage.
• Keep records of work progress, materials, and daily site reports.
• Coordinate with engineers and report site issues.
• Manage materials, avoid wastage, and check deliveries.

Requirements:

• DAE Civil or equivalent qualification.
• 3–5 years of experience in building or high-rise projects.
• Strong understanding of drawings, finishing, and site management.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
