Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to lead and manage our ongoing project at DHA City Karachi. The candidate will be required to stay on-site during the work period, as the company will provide accommodation and basic facilities. The ideal individual will possess excellent leadership, planning, and technical skills to ensure smooth execution of construction activities from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise all daily on-site construction operations.
• Ensure that all work meets quality, safety, and design standards.
• Manage site teams, contractors, and subcontractors effectively.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and procurement teams for timely project completion.
• Monitor and control construction budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure discipline at the site.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance to the project staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of practical construction management experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project management tools, and engineering drawings.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be willing to reside on-site at DHA City Karachi (Company accommodation provided).
