Civil Supervisor

MEP Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a contracting firm proving end-to-end for Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing works. Our company is the sister firm of IZHAR construction company Pvt Ltd. MEP Solutions is seeking a full-time on-site Civil Supervisor to join our team in Karachi at K-Electric Project.

Key Responsibilities"

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at live K-Electric grid stations including foundations, trenches, ducts, buildings, and structural works.
• Ensure all site works follow approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Monitor manpower, equipment, and material usage for effective site productivity.
• Enforce strict safety protocols as per K-Electric’s SOPs for live grid environments.
• Verify that work is carried out under Permit-to-Work (PTW) approvals and HSE guidelines.
• Report and immediately address any unsafe activities or incidents on site.
• Check workmanship, materials, and construction methods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers and consultants during inspections and approvals.
• Maintain proper records of site tests, checklists, and daily logs.
• Track daily progress against the approved schedule and highlight delays.
• Prepare daily progress reports (DPRs) covering manpower, equipment, activities, and safety status.
• Support the civil engineer/project team in preparing billing quantities and verifying subcontractor works
• Coordinate civil activities with electrical and mechanical teams to avoid site clashes.
• Assist in resolving site-level issues, conflicts, and technical queries.
• Act as a link between workers, subcontractors, and project engineers.

Qualification: DAE Civil

Experience: Minimum 10–12 years of supervision experience, preferably with exposure to grid stations, utilities, or industrial projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
