Maintenance Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations at our Supa manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth plant operations, minimize downtime, and lead a skilled team with efficiency and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for all machinery, utilities, and plant equipment.
• Ensure maximum uptime and smooth functioning of production machinery.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of maintenance technicians.
• Maintain logs, maintenance schedules, and spare parts inventory.
• Collaborate with production teams to plan maintenance activities without interrupting operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with external vendors for servicing and spare procurement.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving maintenance initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in plant or industrial maintenance (preferably in fabrication or manufacturing units).
• Strong knowledge of cranes, compressors, electrical systems, fabrication and PEB machinery.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage teams, plan preventive maintenance, and handle breakdowns efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,964.97 - ₹65,987.77 per month
