Maintenance Manager

Design, plan, and oversee construction projects including roads, buildings, and infrastructure.

· Prepare and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.

· Conduct site inspections and surveys to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.

· Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other engineers for effective project execution.

· Monitor project progress, costs, and quality to ensure timely completion.

· Resolve technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions on-site.

· Assist in procurement of materials and ensure proper usage and quality compliance.

· Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates for management and clients.

· Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations.

· Support junior engineers and site staff with guidance and training as required.
