Maintenance Manager

Machine Maintenance & Operations

• Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance for CNC, VMC, HMC, and related automated machines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure proper calibration, alignment, and accuracy of machine tools.
• Monitor spindle, servo, ball screw, lubrication, and coolant systems for optimal performance.

Team & Process Management

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules, SOPs, and checklists.
• Train team members on machine handling, safety practices, and troubleshooting techniques.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain detailed maintenance logs, breakdown reports, root cause analysis (RCA), and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure adherence to ISO, safety, and audit compliance standards.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth workflow.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and machine reliability enhancement.
• Implement cost-effective solutions for maintenance and spare management.
• Drive initiatives for reducing downtime and increasing machine life.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field.

Pay: ₹1,500,272.80 - ₹1,700,647.94 per month

Work Location: In person
