We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced " INDUSTRIAL TECHNICAL MAINTENANCE MANAGER " to join our team in Antalya where we provide consulting services to a leading industry player.

General Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical-Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields,
• Minimum 10 years of job experience with 5 years of experience in team management both blue-collar and white-collar,
• Experience in facility and production machinery (injection molding, extrusion, automation) maintenance,
• Preferably experienced in in automotive, electric / electronicor or FMCG manufacturing industries,
• Good command of English (Writing, Reading and Speaking),
• Proficient in MS Office programs and maintenance management systems, preferably having the knowledge to use Autocad or other relevant programs.
• Knowledgeable in continuous improvement methods such as TPM, 5S, Kaizen,
• Good command of reporting & analytics, and maintenance related KPI’s
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills

Job Description:

• Managing, performing, and monitoring maintenance process of machines,
• Being responsible of site conditions to figure out technical requirements of production maintenance works,
• To set up Total Preventive Maintenance measures and follow up activities,
• Supporting to improve and sustain overall equipment efficiency (OEE) and maintenance KPI’s MTBF and MTTR
• Engaged with and supports safety and environmental programs,
• Examine facilities, equipment and tools to verify conformance to specifications and to determine repair or replacement needs,
• Analyzes equipment failures, determines cause(s) and makes necessary adjustments or repairs,
• Develop predictive and preventive maintenance program in conjunction with maintenance staff,
• Participate in budget preparation, organize purchasing documentation and control department expenditures,
• Arrange appropriate training in the safe repair, service and maintenance of equipment,
• Ensures the correct and timely training of resources in the company, monitoring the progress and documenting the situation, including on the safety and environmental aspects related to internal rules and procedures
