Experience: 7–15 Years

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead plant maintenance operations, ensure high equipment uptime, and drive continuous improvement across mechanical, electrical, and utility functions.

Key Responsibilities

Operational & Technical Management

• Manage end-to-end project operations with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports, support budgeting, CAPEX, and cost allocation.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for mechanical & electrical breakdowns.
• Ensure fast restoration of operations with cost-efficient solutions.

Compliance & Coordination

• Maintain detailed documentation of breakdowns and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with customs, excise, CHA, and government authorities for compliance & subsidies.
• Manage stock audits, GRN, Gate In/Out, and support supply chain efficiency.

Preventive & Predictive Maintenance

• Develop and implement Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules for plant machinery.
• Use predictive tools such as vibration analysis, thermography, lubrication management, etc.

Process, Reporting & Governance

• Build SOPs, ensure process compliance, and collaborate with audit teams.
• Work with global teams and use MS Office, SAP, Tally for accurate reporting.
• Provide leadership with data-driven insights, analysis, and project metrics.
