Position: Maintenance Manager
Location: Silvassa
Requisites:

Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in maintenance function pharmaceutical, biotech, or similar regulated manufacturing environments

Qualification- B.E Electrical or Electronics

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for all production equipment and utilities.

· Supervise, mentor, and develop maintenance staff including technicians, supervisors, and contractors.

· Ensure effective breakdown response and root–cause analysis of equipment failures.

· Proven leadership experience with strong knowledge of maintenance methodologies and technologies
