Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies for all branches and warehouses.
  • Lead and manage multi-disciplinary maintenance teams (mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and facilities).
  • Ensure maximum asset availability and minimize operational downtime.
  • Oversee maintenance budgets, cost control, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage contractors, vendors, and third-party service providers.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and report to senior management.
  • Support business expansion, new store openings, and warehouse projects from a maintenance readiness perspective.


Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering).
  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience in FMCG, Retail, or multi-site operations.
  • Strong knowledge of asset management systems (CMMS).
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage large, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • English proficiency is required.
