Maintenance Manager

1. Preventive and Predictive Maintenance

Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for CNC/VMC, press machines, hydraulic systems, and electrical equipment.
Reduce machine downtime by at least 15-20% annually through predictive analytics and root cause analysis.
Monitor machine health using vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and other diagnostic tools.

2. Breakdown and Corrective Maintenance

Ensure immediate response and resolution of machine breakdowns to reduce production losses.
Target MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) below 4 hours for major equipment.
Maintain breakdown analysis reports and implement corrective actions to avoid recurrence.

3. Machine Installation and Commissioning

Lead installation and commissioning of new machines (e.g., CNC, VMC, press, and hydraulic machines).
Ensure compliance with machine specifications, alignment, power requirements, and safety checks.

4. Team Management & Skill Development

Supervise and guide a team of technicians and maintenance staff across mechanical and electrical domains.
Conduct monthly technical training sessions on troubleshooting, safety, and SOP adherence.
Set individual and team KPIs aligned with plant targets.

5. Spare Parts and Inventory Management

Maintain optimum stock levels of critical spare parts to avoid production delays.
Implement a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for spare tracking and usage logs.
Reduce spare inventory cost by 10% annually through better planning and forecasting.

6. Energy and Utility Management

Monitor and optimize power consumption of machines and utilities.
Coordinate with the electrical team to maintain transformers, LT/HT panels, and ensure power quality.
Implement energy-saving projects (e.g., VFDs, LED lighting, compressed air leak reduction).

7. Safety, Compliance, and Audit Readiness

Ensure adherence to statutory maintenance regulations and safety norms (e.g., EHS standards, ISO-14001-2015, IATF 16949-2016,ISO 45001.2018).
Conduct periodic safety audits of electrical panels, pressure vessels, and hydraulics.
Maintain documentation for internal and external audits (quality, environment, safety).

8. Continuous Improvement and Kaizen

Drive continuous improvement initiatives (TPM, 5S, Kaizen) in the maintenance function.
Participate in cross-functional improvement projects to improve equipment reliability and plant efficiency.
Lead OEE improvement programs in coordination with production and quality teams.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
