Maintenance Manager

1. Developing and implementing maintenance procedures, schedules and program.

2. Safety-- Ensuring that maintenance work requires safety standards and regulations.

Identifying and addressing safety issues.

3. Budget Management--Managing maintenance budget and expenses and recommending cost effective solutions.

4. Record keeping-- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance work including its inventory and costs reports.

5. Coordination with other departments and communications with the managers and other stake holders.

6. Oversee the operation and maintenance of all the factory operation -extrusion line and related production function upto the dispatch of products from the factory.

7. Monitor factory maintenance operations to promptly resolve maintenance related issue and optimize production efficiency.

8. Monitor levels(temperature etc) and proactively adjust settings, activate value,chains, pulley, caterpillars, conveyor etc and take corelative actions as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations.

9. Ensure absolutely minimum downtime, idle time, breakdown of each and every function in the functioning of machines in the production line.

10. Conduct daily inspection of machines, equipment, conduct tests and promptly address any unusual situation that may arise.

11, All processes daily, weekly, monthly, yearly towards preventive maintenance should be adhered.

12. Plan and supervise all repair and insulation activities.

13. Maintain meticulous records of extrusion and operation including mixing, extrusion, strip feeding. ovens, conveyors, caterpillar, automated cutting machines completed maintenance task and related data.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
