Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role located in Savli for a Maintenance Manager.
• The Maintenance Manager will oversee maintenance operations, plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules, supervise technical teams, and ensure all equipment functions effectively.
• Responsibilities include managing repairs, coordinating with other departments to minimize downtime, and maintaining records related to equipment performance and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Proven Supervisory Skills to effectively lead and manage maintenance teams.
• Strong expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance practices.
• Experience in Maintenance Management and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency.
• Knowledge and aptitude in Maintenance & Repair of machinery and equipment.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
