Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Bus & Truck Maintenance Manager with strong technical knowledge in heavy commercial vehicles. The candidate should have excellent troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience in fleet maintenance, and the ability to manage multi-location operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of 29 buses and 26 container trucks
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and ensure quick resolution
• Plan preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules
• Coordinate with workshops, service centers, and spare parts vendors
• Monitor vehicle uptime and reduce breakdown frequency
• Control maintenance costs and optimize spare parts usage
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and transport regulations
• Maintain service records and technical documentation
• Supervise mechanics and maintenance staff
• Handle emergency breakdown situations across Hyderabad, Bangalore & Salem

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of Heavy Commercial Vehicles (Ashok Leyland, Tata, BharatBenz, etc.)
• Expertise in fault identification and problem-solving
• Experience in engine, gearbox, suspension, electrical & air systems
• Ability to manage fleet operations across multiple cities
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Computer knowledge for maintenance records & reporting

Language Requirement

• Hindi – Mandatory
• Telugu & Kannada – Added Advantage

Experience

• Minimum 5–10 years experience in Bus / Truck maintenance
• Prior experience as Fleet Maintenance Manager preferred

Salary

• Based on experience and capability (Negotiable)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
