We are looking for a Maintenance Manager at Back to Source.

Location: Chandigarh
Experience: 7+ Years
Joining: Immediate Joiner Required

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations of the outlet.
Work hands-on along with the maintenance team whenever required.
Ensure smooth functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen equipment and civil work.
Lead, guide and support the team during breakdowns and emergencies..
Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules
Handle deep cleaning activities and closely coordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Coordinate with vendors and external contractors when required.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory norms.
Maintain maintenance records, reports and inventory of spare parts.
Ensure quick resolution of maintenance issues impacting guest experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
