Maintenance Manager

We are hiring an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our Ready-mix Concrete, Bahrain Blocks and Reinforcement Division. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting automated machinery used in block production.

*Key Responsibilities

• Plan the routine maintenance of plant, equipment and machinery.

• Identify and analyze faults and oversee time critical repair.

• Identifying and analyzing breakdown problem.

• Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.

• Planning and scheduling planned and unplanned work.

• Improving overall reliability of plants.

• Preparing a list of necessary spare parts which require for repairing plant, equipment and machinery.

• Record the major and most maintenance and breakdown activities which had done and performed in plant, equipment and machinery.

• Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.

• Preparing a monthly maintenance report for plant, equipment and machinery.

• Lead, supervise, and train maintenance engineer and technicians.

• Ensure maintenance activities comply with HSE regulations.

• Any additional responsibilities assigned by the management.

*Skills

• Strong understanding of Ready-mix concrete production processes, Concrete Blocks & Steel bar cut & bend equipment.

• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing concrete batching plants, Concrete Blocks machines, Steel Rebas cut & bend and associated equipment.

Leadership & Communication: Ability to lead and motivate teams, delegate tasks effectively, resolve conflicts, and communicate clearly with team members, customers, and stakeholders.

• Problem-Solving & Organizational Skills: Strong ability to identify operational issues, troubleshoot equipment problems, manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.

• Safety & Budget Management: Good understanding of safety regulations and industry best practices, with the ability to manage maintenance budgets and control operational costs.

*Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, or Electrical Engineering with minimum 7-10 years of experience in the Ready-mix Concrete & Blocks industry.
