Maintenance Manager (Electrical Focus)
The Opportunity: Build It. Lead It. Own It.
Tri-City Heat Treat is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager with strong industrial electrical experience to lead and improve our maintenance operations.
This is a working Maintenance Manager role. The vast majority of your time will be spent on the floor moving projects and PM’s forward. We’re looking for a leader who can troubleshoot problems, support the team on the floor, drive preventative maintenance initiatives, and help build a stronger maintenance culture across the facility.
Tri-City Heat Treat operates a demanding industrial environment with specialized heat treat furnaces and production equipment requiring strong troubleshooting, urgency, and hands-on leadership.
If you are someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and wants the authority to improve how maintenance is done, this is an opportunity to make a direct impact on plant performance and reliability.
We value practical problem solving, urgency, accountability, and hands-on leadership—not excessive bureaucracy.
