What you’ll be doing

• Lead and develop a team of 8, driving performance, accountability, and capability growth
• Own maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution to maximize uptime and reliability
• Manage a multi-million-dollar OPEX budget alongside capital investment for mobile equipment
• Coordinate cross-functionally to deliver efficient shutdowns, projects, and daily operations

What you’ll bring

• 3-5+ years’ leadership experience within maintenance in heavy industry
• Strong electrical background with exposure to PLCs or automation systems
• Mechanical and mobile equipment experience within industrial environments
• Proven ability to manage budgets, prioritize effectively, and lead from the front
