Maintenance Manager: Hotel/Resort

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing all engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel, ensuring safety, preventive maintenance, and uninterrupted services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and equipment
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules
• Ensure statutory compliance and safety standards
• Manage maintenance staff and vendor coordination
• Handle emergency breakdowns and repairs
• Maintain maintenance logs and reports

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of hotel engineering systems
• Preventive maintenance & safety management
• Team leadership and problem-solving skills
• Vendor and cost management

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma / BE in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil
• 6–12 years experience in hotel maintenance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
