Maintenance Manager- Landscaping

To handle residential and commercial maintenance projects, Prefect Technical Works and Landscaping LLC is looking for a skilled Maintenance Manager to head our team of gardeners and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of gardeners and maintenance supervisors.
• Oversee the maintenance and landscaping projects for both residential and commercial properties.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance and aesthetics.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage project budgets for cost-effectiveness and efficiency. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and safety standard adherence. Collaborate with departments and external vendors for timely and effective project completion.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in landscaping or facilities management in UAE.
• Proven experience in managing a team and overseeing multiple projects. Strong knowledge of horticultural practices, landscaping techniques, and maintenance procedures.
