Maintenance Manager- Landscaping

Prefect Technical Works and Landscaping LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our team of gardeners and supervisors in overseeing residential and commercial maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of gardeners and maintenance supervisors.
• Oversee the maintenance and landscaping projects for both residential and commercial properties.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance and aesthetics.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Oversee project budgets for efficiency and cost-effectiveness, conduct site inspections for quality and safety compliance, and cooperate with departments and vendors for timely project completion.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Atleast 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in landscaping or facilities management in UAE.
