Maintenance Manager / Maintenance Engineer

Role :

Ensures that the machineries and utilities used for manufacturing in (a) aluminium alloy

products (b) polymer water storage and septic tanks, operate efficiently and reliably.

Responsibility :

• Prepare list of equipment and machineries installed in the factory with specifications and rated production capacity.
• Prepare preventive maintenance & lubrication schedule and ensure its compliance.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs on production machinery.
• Maintain records of all maintenance tasks (breakdown and preventive) and equipment performance, maintain Equipment History Card.
• Monitor electrical maintenance work for factory machineries.
• Ensure availability of critical spares and consumables.
• Raise Purchase Requisitions for departmental items and follow up for on-time delivery.
• Identify and diagnose faults in equipment, conducting root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of issues.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Monitor equipment and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards, which is crucial for the final product's durability and aesthetics.
• Provide guidance and training to maintenance technicians and machine operators on proper equipment use and maintenance procedures.
• Implement measures to improve equipment performance, reduce downtime, and increase production efficiency.
• Enforce workplace safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations.

Candidate Profile :

B.E./Diploma in (Mechanical Engineering) with 5 to 7 years in similar role in metal

processing/manufacturing industries, preferably in aluminium alloy industry

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
