Maintenance Mechanic I

We are currently looking for a Full Time Maintenance Mechanic to join our enthusiastic team at Paul’s Run.

Key job responsibilities include:

• Repair and maintain wooden and metal structures such as furniture, desks, equipment, partitions, and other parts of residence buildings using hand tools and power tools according to written or oral instructions as per work orders.
• Repair and adjust metal casement windows, storm windows, screens, and doors using hand and portable power tools. Oil moving parts of same as per policy and procedure.
• Demolish and install kitchen cabinets, hot water heaters, and garbage disposals as needed.
• Adjust, repair, and replace door locks and hinges as per work orders.
• Perform repairs on water faucets, toilets, and drains per work orders.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure they are properly functioning.

Shift/Schedule available:

• Full-Time 8:00am-4:30pm with on call every four weeks.

Education and Experience:

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience in a related field preferred.
