Install, Troubleshoot and Maintain all HVAC and associated systems relating to the daily operation of the facility. Implement and maintain guidelines for safe HVAC work practices.Any other duties as assigned.

Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
- Provide accurate and concise written and verbal reports to Maintenance Shift Manager as required.

Advise, troubleshoot, repair and maintain all HVAC equipment and associated systems.

Work within the guidelines of all OSHA and EPA codes and regulations.

Ensure that all electrical safety practices are followed when working with any electrical circuit. Energized or De-energized.

Utilize and follow all Lock-out/Tag-out procedures as required.

Be capable and experienced with both High Voltage and Low Voltage systems.

Assist in monitoring the work of lower level HVAC mechanics by providing instruction,training and reviewing completed projects.

Conduct all work in a safe manner, encourage others to work safely

Possess and maintain a current EPA universal refrigerant certificate.
- Perform under a computer based Preventive Maintenance program by upgrading, deleting and confirming information on all equipment as it changes.

Be familiar with Low Voltage (12) DC systems and controllers.

Research and provide information pertaining tofacility improvement and capital projects.

Maintain, operate and repair HVAC building automated system (BAS) program.
- Be familiar with pumps, Variable Frequency Drives, actuators, PLC controllers.

Be proficient in reading complex blueprints, piping, sketches, schematics and wiring diagrams.

Be willing to work in other areas other than HVAC if required.

Installation of HVAC units, including electronic and mechanical components.

Installation of HVAC duct work including flexible tubing and sheet metal construction.

Troubleshoot and repair HVAC units including electronic and mechanical components.

Operate and maintain various measuring, diagnostic and testing instruments.

Operate a variety of equipment such as hand tools, lap top computers and diagnostic hardware to preform work.

Requisition materials and supplies from stock, call vendors to discuss need for parts and supplies, and recommends purchases and supplies.

Preforms brazing, soldering, pipe-fitting, welding and fabrication.

Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role in property maintenance or mechanical fields.

Strong mechanical skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
-
Certification or licensing in HVAC is preferred but not mandatory.
