Job Purpose:
Drive maintenance excellence and equipment reliability by developing and implementing preventive strategies, optimizing processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficient and reliable plant operations.

Main Accountabilities:

• Lead initiatives to eliminate maintenance losses and improve equipment reliability using PM Optimization, RCM, RCA, and FMEA.
• Manage site equipment and processes, develop tailored maintenance strategies, and implement preventive maintenance standards.
• Align with central teams and OEMs for technology upgrades and ensure proper documentation and spare parts management for new installations.
• Analyze breakdowns, monitor equipment performance, and drive continuous improvement in production and maintenance.
• Develop SOPs, train line teams, implement condition monitoring, and oversee maintenance KPIs, dashboards, and budget optimization.
• Support engineering projects and localize spare parts to enhance efficiency.

Education, Experience and Qualifications:

• Education bachelor’s degree (Engineering Mechanical or Electrical field)
• Work Experience From 3-5 years demonstrated ability in the same field – preferably in FMCG
• Knowledge Preventive Maintenance scheduling using SAP, Equipment reliability, Reporting & sourcing parts
• Language Knowledge Excellent Command of both Spoken and written Arabic and English, French is an advance
• Data analysis tools proficiency, Power BI, Power Apps
