Maintenance Officer

Responsibilities

• Assume ownership of projects related to installation, application, maintenance, and troubleshooting of aesthetic and dermatology equipment like laser, radiofrequency ultrasound machines.
• Plan and execute on-site troubleshooting and service repairs for equipment.
• Participate in and lead aspects of major network installations and upgrades.
• Plan servicing work in advance and ensure the output is not affected by service work.
• Create and maintain service information in the company's enterprise database.
• Assist in the design and implementation of new product industrialization processes.
• Perform duties as per the capabilities of a field service engineer.
  
  

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of experience in machine maintenance, breakdown maintenance, AM, PM, or relevant skill sets.
• Experience in servicing analytical equipment and measuring equipment.
• Proficiency in Net, C#, SQL Server, and 2010 (Reporting Service Inte…).
• Familiarity with performance center admin/installation and maintaining PC infrastructure.
• Expertise in providing on-site installation and commissioning of instruments.
• Background in servicing medical equipment.
• Strong skills in network planning, installation, maintenance, and management.
