You will maintain and improve production equipment and systems at GSK Pakistan. You will work closely with production, quality, stores and contractors to keep machines running safely and reliably. Responsibilities

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment according to schedules and procedures.

Inspect, troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Use the computerized maintenance system to plan, execute and close work orders and keep accurate records.

Support machine changeovers, calibration, retooling and validation activities to maintain production readiness.

Identify and support reliability and efficiency improvement projects.

Supervise external contractors and ensure safe working conditions and compliance with site protocols.
Education, Experience & Skill
-
Diploma (DAE) or Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or related technical field.

Minimum 3 – 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

Practical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Basic experience with PLCs, HMIs or other control devices.

Experience using or willingness to learn a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Strong commitment to safety, following Lock-Out-Tag-Out and permit-to-work procedures.

Experience troubleshooting and commissioning PLCs and HMI systems.

Practical experience with CMMS and maintenance planning.

Experience supporting calibration, validation and data integrity activities.

Good communication and teamwork skills; able to coordinate with production, quality and stores.
Working arrangement
This role is on-site in Pakistan. You will be working on the production site and may be required to cover shifts, urgent maintenance events and changeovers.
