Maintenance Officer (A/C & Electrical Technician)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Officer with strong technical expertise in air conditioning repair and electrical work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all equipment and systems operate efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair air conditioning units and systems.
• Perform routine and emergency electrical maintenance work.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults in A/C, wiring, lighting, and power systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Support other general facility maintenance tasks when required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in A/C repair and electrical maintenance.
• Technical diploma or certification in HVAC/Electrical preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and handle emergency repairs.
• Basic knowledge of safety regulations and practices.
• Physically fit and able to work in various environments.
