Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and maintain water treatment plants, RO systems, softeners, and related utilities.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and utility equipment (boilers, compressors, chillers, cooling towers, etc.).
- Conduct routine checks and record operational data such as temperature, pressure, flow rates, and quality parameters.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or process-related faults in coordination with the maintenance team.
- Perform daily inspection and upkeep of pumps, valves, motors, and pipelines to ensure smooth operation.
- Support in installation and commissioning of new utility or process equipment.
- Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and spare part records accurately.
- Follow safety protocols, SOPs, and GMP guidelines during all operations.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and optimize utility performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in utility operations, plant maintenance, or water treatment plant operations in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
- Hands-on experience with RO plants, compressors, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and pumps is essential.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of utility systems and maintenance practices.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Awareness of safety, 5S, and environmental compliance standards.
