<div>We are looking for a reliable part-time maintenance worker to undertake upkeep and repair tasks of the interior and exterior of Atlas at Seashore Gardens Living Center, located in Galloway, NJ. We will rely on you to help keep our facilities in perfect condition by doing various odd jobs.

Responsibilities/Basic Skills:
<ul><li> Changing light bulbs.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Wiping off light grilles</li></ul>
<ul><li> Must be able touse cordless drill</li></ul>
<ul><li> Snow shoveling and salting as needed</li></ul>
<ul><li> Install toilet seats and other toilet new parts that go along</li></ul>
<ul><li> Learn to set a thermostat as needed</li></ul>

Contributing directly to the comfort and safety of residents, this part-time maintenance role tackles a variety of hands-on repair and upkeep tasks at Seashore Gardens Living Center. From changing light bulbs and minor repairs to snow shoveling, you'll keep common areas functional while learning practical skills in a supportive community setting.
