Overview:

Hirz International B/O Abdul-Jawad Trading Group is a leading company in the Jeddah, Saudi Arabia area that specializes in providing high-quality maintenance services to commercial and residential properties. We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner / Coordinator to join our team and assist in coordinating and planning maintenance activities for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a detailed maintenance schedule for all properties under our care
• Coordinate with property managers, maintenance staff, and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
• Monitor and track maintenance requests and work orders to ensure they are completed efficiently and within deadlines
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses for reporting purposes
• Provide support and guidance to maintenance staff when needed
• Develop and organize preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Monitor execution and ensure efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in maintenance planning and coordination
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Power BI
• Proficient in using maintenance management software and MS Office
• Experience in maintenance planning and coordination
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and best practices
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required
• Saudi nationality (required).
