Overview:
Manage end-to-end maintenance Planning at branches, developing and implementing maintenance schedules, analysing equipment performance data, and establishing a centralized inventory management system to optimize inventory levels. Ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations, and optimize inventory management to support the SABIL overall objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule for equipment, machinery, and facilities.

Plan preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure minimal disruption to operations.

Coordinate with production and operations teams to align maintenance schedules with business needs.

Identify and allocate necessary resources, including labor, tools, and materials, for maintenance activities.

Ensure timely availability of spare parts and consumables by working closely with procurement and inventory teams.

Generate, prioritize, and track work orders in a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).

Assign tasks to maintenance teams and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and performance metrics.

Analyze data to identify trends, recurring issues, and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with maintenance technicians, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of tasks.

Communicate effectively with external vendors and contractors when outsourcing maintenance services.

Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.

Participate in safety audits and implement corrective actions as required.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize maintenance processes and reduce downtime.

Stay updated on industry best practices, new technologies, and tools for maintenance planning.
Knowledge and Experience:

Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in Planning & Scheduling.

Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, equipment, and tools.

Proficiency in using CMMS and other scheduling software.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical data and metrics.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams.

Problem-solving skills to address maintenance challenges efficiently.

Fluent in English
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or instrument engineering, or any other related field.
