We are seeking to recruit Maintenance Planning Engineer for our Cement Plant in Çanakkale. The position will proactively support the plant in all major maintenance activities especially troubleshooting. In this function, the engineer will be responsible for the relevant equipment utilized in the cement production process e.g rotary kiln process and grinding process equipments etc. Involvement in the revision, planned maintenance and production of quality control is also expected. The position expects the employee to follow products of suppliers and engineering companies and make recommendations for improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Ability to work independently, as well as in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• High social communication and persuasion skills dealing with our international partners
• Ability to motivate, manage and lead the maintenance team to achieve targets and goals
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Outstanding computer skills (MS Office)
• Must be curious, agile learner, passionate for leadership, high in personal & situational awareness and collaborative
• Willing to live in Çanakkale

JOB DEFINITION

• Plan and coordinate the routine and major maintenance activities for the plant in the most efficient way
• Plan and follow up maintenance annual budget and budget forecasts
• Plan and coordinate preventive and predictive actions for the plant
• Anticipate and visualize the problems that could be happened in maintenance field
• Ensure proper maintained by way of scheduled preventive maintenance
• Prepare update maintenance programs and checklist for regular reporting
• Develop and implement maintenance standards and specifications
• Develop guidelines for maintenance processes
• Guide the maintenance team on task execution and troubleshoot on potential issues
• Work with both operation and environmental teams while monitoring the plant operation process to increase the maximum productivity and performance
