Maintenance & Plumbing Technician (With Valid Bahrain Driving License)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance & Plumbing Technician responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance across restaurant outlets. The candidate must have strong plumbing knowledge, general maintenance skills, and a valid Bahrain driving license to attend multiple locations as required.

Experience in restaurant or F&B maintenance will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance (pipes, drainage, water supply lines, fittings, grease traps, etc.).
• Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages, pump issues, and water pressure problems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance for kitchen and restaurant equipment.
• Handle minor electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repair works.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors when necessary.
• Maintain maintenance logs and daily service reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Travel between company outlets using company vehicle.

Requirements

• Proven experience as Maintenance Technician / Plumber (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
• Experience in restaurant, hotel, or F&B maintenance is a plus.
• Good knowledge of plumbing systems, drainage systems, and general facility maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and HVAC systems is an advantage.
• Valid Bahrain Driving License (mandatory).
• Ability to work flexible hours and handle emergency calls.
• Good problem-solving skills and teamwork ability.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience handling commercial kitchen maintenance.
• Knowledge of grease trap systems and restaurant drainage compliance.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
