Maintenance & Project Coordinator

Position Summary

The Maintenance & Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising maintenance related activities to ensure seamless operations within the organization. This includes scheduling tasks, collaborating with teams, Purchasing required daily spare parts and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintenance Coordination:

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
• Assign tasks to the maintenance team and ensure their timely completion.
• Maintain comprehensive records of equipment, maintenance activities, and repair histories.
• Oversee all AMCs (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and ensure timely execution.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential hazards and take corrective actions.
• Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts, and procure materials as needed.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of necessary materials.
• Conduct on-site visits to shops as required to address issues or provide support.
• Perform site measurements when necessary for maintenance or project purposes.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Key Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years in maintenance coordination or a similar role with knowledge of Bakery ,H-vac & Cold-room Equipment’s.
• License: A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
• Proficiency in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and AutoCAD.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Maintenance Coordination: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE driving license (Manual) (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
