Maintenance Senior Engineer - Production facilities

Job Description

• Manage and supervise the Maintenance team, setting clear objectives, defining responsibilities, and monitoring performance
• Develop team capabilities through training needs identification and support for professional growth
• Ensure implementation of preventive, predictive and unplanned maintenance for production equipment, facility equipment and tools
• Maintain utilities (cooling, heating, electricity, water, compressed air, steam, lighting), firefighting equipment and security camera systems, either directly or through external suppliers
• Ensure adherence to standards, governance and process execution, including implementation of LTPM
• Monitor process performance and identify opportunities for improvement and enhanced service delivery

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics).

• Experience: +2 years of experience in a maintenance leadership or senior technical role, Strong background in the Automotive industry or Wiring Systems is highly preferred.

• Language:Full Professional English Proficiency; must be able to document technical processes and communicate effectively with management.

• Core Skills:

  • Technical Management: Proven ability to lead maintenance technicians and coordinate complex task lists.

  • Facility Infrastructure: Expertise in maintaining industrial utilities (HVAC, compressed air, and electrical systems).

  • LTPM & Lean Tools: Practical experience in implementing Lean Total Productive Maintenance to reduce downtime.

  • Vendor Coordination: Skilled in managing external service providers and technical contractors.
