Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Maintenance Service Account Manager – EV Installations Conversion (B2C & B2B) for one of our partners, a leader in the Solar Energy System Service industry!
Job Summary:
The Maintenance Service Account Manager will monetize the installed base by converting existing EV charger clients into recurring revenue streams (maintenance, upgrades, software, additional units).
Responsibilities:

Manage and develop relationships with an existing portfolio of residential (B2C) and business (B2B) EV charging customers to maximize long-term customer value.
- Drive recurring revenue growth by converting installed customers into maintenance agreements, service contracts, software subscriptions, and other value-added offerings.
- Identify and pursue upselling opportunities, including charger upgrades, expanded capacity, smart charging features, software enhancements, and system integrations.
- Promote customer retention and loyalty by ensuring a high-quality customer experience throughout the lifecycle of the installation.
- Collaborate closely with service, technical, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of contracted services and customer support.
- Monitor customer performance, usage patterns, and service needs to proactively identify opportunities for account growth and contract renewals.
- Maintain regular engagement with customers to strengthen relationships, address concerns, and increase adoption of additional products and services.
Requirements-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 5–8 years of experience in account management, after-sales sales, service contract sales, subscription-based sales, or customer success roles.
- Proven track record of managing customer portfolios and driving revenue growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling activities.
- Experience in after-sales or service sales within automotive OEMs, dealer networks, or related automotive sectors is highly preferred.
- Experience selling maintenance contracts or recurring services within industries such as HVAC, elevators, generators, solar energy, telecommunications, or other technical service environments is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with subscription-based business models, recurring revenue generation, and customer lifecycle management.
- Strong commercial awareness, including pricing, contract renewals, customer profitability, and revenue retention strategies.
- Experience working with CRM systems and customer portfolio management tools is an advantage.
