Maintenance Services Owner

247 Servi is seeking a highly driven and experienced Maintenance Services Owner to lead, innovate, and elevate our maintenance operations across Saudi Arabia. This is a strategic leadership role designed for a results-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about delivering top-tier service quality and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage end-to-end maintenance service operations across multiple sites
• Develop and implement efficient maintenance strategies, processes, and standards
• Ensure timely delivery of services while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards
• Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing maintenance team
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships effectively
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and introduce innovative service solutions
• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions where necessary
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety policies, and industry best practices

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in maintenance management, facilities management, or a related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site operational environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of maintenance systems, tools, and technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline (preferred)
