Maintenance Site Supervisor cum Driver (Manual Vehicle)

Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Maintenance Site Supervisor cum Driver to oversee day-to-day maintenance activities at site while also supporting company operations by driving a manual transmission vehicle. The ideal candidate will supervise technicians, coordinate site activities, ensure quality and safety compliance, and transport staff and materials as required.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision:

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance works (civil, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.).
• Allocate tasks to technicians and workers and monitor work progress.
• Ensure work is completed as per drawings, scope, and client requirements.
• Maintain site discipline, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Report daily site progress, issues, and material requirements to management.
• Coordinate with clients, building management, and suppliers at site.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and company policies.

Driving & Logistics:

• Drive company manual transmission vehicles to transport staff, tools, and materials.
• Collect and deliver materials from suppliers and stores as required.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness, routine checks, and timely maintenance.
• Follow UAE traffic rules and company driving policies at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role.
• Valid UAE driving license (manual transmission – mandatory).
• Good knowledge of building maintenance works.
• Ability to manage manpower and multiple site activities.
• Basic English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
• Ability to read basic drawings and work instructions.
• Physically fit and willing to work on-site.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Starting from AED 2,300 per month
• Accommodation or Accommodation Allowance: Provided
• Other benefits as per UAE Labour Law

• Immediate joiner preferred
• Experience in UAE maintenance projects is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
