Maintenance Specialist

Overview

• We are seeking a qualified Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our maintenance team and ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
• The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of maintenance staff, conducting inspections, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians and other staff.
• Schedule and assign tasks to maintenance personnel.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance issues.
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and prolong equipment life.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment maintenance logs, and inventory.
• Procure necessary supplies and equipment for maintenance projects.
• Train and develop maintenance staff to improve skills and performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and prioritize tasks.
• Monitor and control maintenance expenses within budgetary constraints.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Certification in maintenance management or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision in UAE
• Experience in managing multiple locations
• Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices and techniques.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
