MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST - MECHANICAL

What do we expect from our new team member?

• Experienced in machine maintenance or investment/design processes, with the ability to read technical drawings
• Experienced in troubleshooting, capable of managing the planning of mechanical failures and preventive maintenance activities
• Perform reporting and analysis related to the area of responsibility, and identify inefficiencies such as cost and breakdown losses
• Identify areas for improvement, conducting root cause analysis, and leading team efforts to implement sustainable solutions
• Develop predictive and preventive maintenance plans
• Knowledgeable in mechanical components such as bearings, chains, belts, gearboxes, fans, couplings, lubrication systems, and hydraulic-pneumatic systems
• Experience in spare parts optimization
• Manage small and medium-scale projects using project management techniques

What kind of teammate are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Good command of English
• Preferably experienced in SAP PM module
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Yalova – Karamürsel region
