What do we expect from our new team member?

Experienced in machine maintenance or investment/design processes, with the ability to read technical drawings

Experienced in troubleshooting, capable of managing the planning of mechanical failures and preventive maintenance activities

Perform reporting and analysis related to the area of responsibility, and identify inefficiencies such as cost and breakdown losses
-
Identify areas for improvement, conducting root cause analysis, and leading team efforts to implement sustainable solutions
-
Develop predictive and preventive maintenance plans
-
Knowledgeable in mechanical components such as bearings, chains, belts, gearboxes, fans, couplings, lubrication systems, and hydraulic-pneumatic systems

Experience in spare parts optimization

Manage small and medium-scale projects using project management techniques
What kind of teammate are we looking for?

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

Good command of English

Preferably experienced in SAP PM module

Residing in or willing to relocate to Yalova – Karamürsel region
