Maintenance Specialist Packaging - Packaging - Sharkeya Plant
Job Purpose
Executes and implements the preventive maintenance plan. Optimizes safety, quality, and productivity in several focus areas.
Duties and Responsibilities

- Collects data from operators and trains staff on applying preventive management on machines.
- Interferes to solve complex problems in coordination with technicians.
- Plans the daily tasks to maintain the operation of the production line.
- Audits, plans, and executes, and closes the plan.
- Follows up on packaging consumption line efficiency.
- Monitors water consumption on a daily basis.
- Trains operators on monitoring, analyzing and pasteurizing water consumption.
- Communicates the beer extracts’ losses per plant; ensures losses are minimized until goods are packed.
- Creates a safe working environment by ensuring that all safety procedures are followed at all times t.
- Applies the bowtie technique on active and reactive safety measures.
- Attends weekly meetings on plant overall parts to maintain tools.

Education & Experiences
Educational Background
|
Bachelor’s degree in Science or Chemical or Production Engineering

Years of Experience
|
2 - 4 years of experience in packaging process in FMCG companies, preferably in Beverages Industry
Qualifications & Other Requirements

Excellent command of English Language
Skills in Microsoft (Excel & PowerPoint)
