Maintenance Staff

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Staff member to ensure the optimal operation and upkeep of our facilities. This role involves performing routine inspections, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and executing repairs across various systems. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in facilities maintenance, mechanical knowledge, electrical experience, pool knowledge, and supervisory skills to support a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment. Responsibilities

• Daily pool chemical and cleaning.
• Preventative maintenance of all rooms
• Handle any guest issues the come up during stay.
• Property upkeep such as painting, leaf blow, lawn care, and cleaning.

Requirements

• Reliable and consistent transportation.
• Be able to learn the property and procedures in a timely manor.

Schedule

• Full time schedule consisting of three day shift days and two middle shifts. 9am to 5pm and 12pm- 8pm.
• Weekend availability mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
