Maintenance Staff

Full Time Maintenance Person wanted for manufactured housing community in the City of Needles, CA. Maintenance/plumbing/electrical experience preferred.

-From Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm with one hour lunch.

-Valid driver's license.

-A successful background check is required for employment

-Candidates must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

-Eligible candidates must have the ability to complete the following:

• Understand and carry out directions in a professional manner while working under direct supervision of the community manager.
• Work safely and follow company policy and procedures.
• Perform physical labor for routine grounds maintenance and project work as needed.
• Grounds keeping and landscaping experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
