Office Boy-North Nazimabad

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Office Support Staff member to help maintain the smooth day-to-day operations of our workplace. The ideal candidate will be proactive, respectful, and able to manage a variety of routine tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including basic electrical, plumbing, and general repair work.
• Keep office premises clean and tidy, including furniture, kitchen, washrooms, and common areas.
• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments for staff and guests.
• Manage and organize office supplies, including stationery and kitchen items.
• Assist with document handling tasks such as printing, scanning, photocopying, and deliveries.
• Ensure the office is clean and prepared each morning, and properly locked and secured at the end of the day.
• Greet and assist visitors, run office errands, and support staff with day-to-day activities.

Requirements:

• No formal education required; basic literacy is a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
• Must be physically fit and able to handle cleaning and manual tasks.
• Should be polite, cooperative, and eager to support the team.
• Must demonstrate honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
